DGN is Matt Barnes, Scott Winfree, Joseph Foucha, and Chris Bertoldi. We came together as friends in January of 2001. I guess you could call it fate how we were all put together in the same place at the same time. We were best friends all throughout middle school, and our musical ambition brought us together as a band. Joey was added to the band in the summer of 1006 as we felt the need for a second guitar as well as the divine placement of him in our path. We believe in making music by your own standard; creating something that you want to hear regardless of its category or genre. Although we mostly have stayed within the boundaries of the pop-punk genre, we use the talents that God gave us to create music that reached out to everyone, regardless of race or scene. With the songs "Getaway" and "Stand Up" on the album, "Welcome to Stockeland," we've embraced new sounds and rhythms that express our more diverse passions in music.

We are a Christian band. We firmly put Jesus Christ before everything that we do. However, we believe that music should hold a message, and the artist should be able to unveil it. Instead of holding a Jesus parade at our shows, we believe that showing the love of Christ through our lifestyles to our fans by the relationships we share with them is exactly how Christ wanted it. That's our belief. Soon the world will hear our message.
