The difference between a demo and an album is mastering. It brings your mix together and creates a unified, tightened, professional sound.

• A CD-R with the digital audio files. The standard audio file is 16 Bit, but our facilities can accommodate 24 Bit recordings for optimal quality. The preferable file format is an uncompressed .wav (for quality reasons), however we can convert almost any digital audio file if needed.
• Please try to send original CD-R’s (Copies of other CD-R’s will diminish the quality of the final product)
• Send the CD-R in a hard jewel case and padded envelope to prevent damage during shipping.
• Please make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your recordings in both the mix and tonal balance before sending them to us. These problems can’t be fixed in the mastering process and must be addressed within your recording studio.
• Please send a track list with the names of the songs on the CD-R and another list with the desired track arrangement. (We can create your CD track listing for you if you desire.)
• Along with the track arrangement, please include notes and special instructions about what you are looking for and if desired which songs you would like to have cross faded etc.
• Please include all contact info including your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.

The cost to master tracks is $40. Discounts are available for full albums. Quickstar Productions Mastering offers one of the cheapest price structures for professional mastering. Even though our costs are extremely low, you will receive the highest quality mastering. For those of you who would like to take your mastering to the next step, we do offer packages in which we master each instrument track by track and then each song as a whole.
